A man faces charges after a Lincoln County shooting

A Lincoln County shooting on Sunday led to a malicious wounding charge for one man. West Virginia State Police said it happened on Merritts Creek Road in Griffithsville. The suspect, identified as Jeffery Tully of Spurlockville allegedly fired a shotgun at a man who was sitting in the driveway of a home. The victim’s arm was injured but he’s expected to be okay. Tully was arrested and charged with malicious wounding, wanton endangerment and felony destruction of property.
