A lengthy investigation led to an arrest after a Charleston man was accused of traveling to Jackson County to have a sexual encounter with a teenager. Christopher Fields has been charged with solicitation of a minor, according to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department. Ripley and Ravenswood police assisted in the investigation.
