A man was arrested as part of a drug investigation in Fayette County. Jeffrey Kincaid of Mount Hope, is charged with being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and possession with intent to deliver, according to a news release from West Virginia State Police. Troopers said they executed a search warrant at Kincaid’s home as part of a drug investigation where they said marijuana, crystal methamphetamine, suspected heroin and various pills were found. Two firearms and nearly $13,000 in cash were also found in the home.
