Federal law enforcement officers are looking for an inmate who walked away from the satellite camp next to the Ashland Federal Correctional Institution. Emanuel Cervantes was serving fifteen-years on drug charges. The satellite camp at FCI Ashland is a minimum security facility that houses 150 inmates.
