A man died after a two-vehicle crash in West Portsmouth. The Ohio State HIghway Patrol told WSAZ, 24 year-old Joseph Winn of Portsmouth, Ohio, was in a vehicle headed eastbound on US 52, when another driver, Britney Frye, was going the other direction. Frye’s vehicle was hit by Winn’s vehicle when she turned left into a private drive. Winn died at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
