A second woman is filing a lawsuit against a West Virginia state trooper, accusing him of kidnapping and raping her in 2021. The lawsuit claims Trooper Michael Miller and two other men abducted her from a Logan county bar and sexually assaulted her. Another woman filed a similar lawsuit in May.
