West Virginia State Police said a suspect was detained following a fatal shooting in Lincoln County Saturday. 40-year-old Hubert Porter was wanted in connection with a shooting that afternoon at a Branchland trailer park. The shooting sparked a manhunt that lasted several hours. The victim was Porter’s nephew.
