Governor Jim Justice is giving state workers a four-day holiday weekend. The governor issued an executive order making Monday, July 3rd a state holiday. This will be the second four-day weekend for state workers in the past few weeks, because Father’s Day was extended because of Juneteenth and then West Virginia Day.
