Former West Virginia head basketball coach Bob Huggins will be part of a program through the court system and will forgo his arraignment scheduled for this week. Huggins will undergo Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) programming for two DUI-related charges. The rehabilatative ARD program is offered to first-time offenders in Pennsylvania where Huggins faces charges. Under the program, Huggins had to waive his preliminary hearing which he did in July, as well as his arraignment, which was scheduled for today.
