A man pleaded not guilty this week to charges related to a man’s death on Christmas Day in 2022. George Michael Bush III of Charleston, is accused of shooting and killing Shane Michael Bush after a family argument at a home on Decota Road. George Bush III pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and he is not entitled to bond. Bush is being held in the South Central Regional Jail.
