A complaint filed by Alexandria Herron attempts to bring a class action lawsuit against the university and its leadership for West Virginia students enrolled in AB’s programming. A second filing by Samatha Croston raises concerns for employees. The institution voluntarily resigned its accreditation ahead of its upcoming closure.
