Police are on scene of an incident involving an EMS patient who exited an ambulance on Interstate 77 in Kanawha County . Charleston police said a patient exited an ambulance and jumped off a bridge near Donnally Street on Friday. The person was pronounced dead. Police said the the person jumped out of the ambulance while it had slowed down in traffic.
