A Florida man is facing charges for exploiting an elderly Jefferson County man and taking more than two-million-dollars from him. Fifty-year-old Samuel Bunner is accused of befriending the victim while they were working at the American Legion in Charles Town. The victim gave Bunner power of attorney, and over a two-year period he sold his property, emptied out his bank accounts and opened a credit card in the victim’s name.
