Marshall University is expanding the Yellow Ribbon Program, which is part of the GI Bill, to encompass master’s degree programs. Undergraduate programs were already covered under the prior Yellow Ribbon agreement. Under the agreement, the university and the VA cover the metro or out-of-state cost of attendance.
