The South Charleston Police Department wants tips as officers investigate car break-ins. South Charleston PD said in a news release that the breakins happened between 11 p.m. Friday, Aug. 11 and 6:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 12. Several vehicles parked in the Montrose area of South Charleston were broken into, including the East Hills area.
