Two Guatemalan men were charged after Kanawha County deputies said they were accused of sexually assaulting two local teenagers. 23-year old Hector Rocael Hernandez Recinos of Accokeek, Md., and 23-year old Lester Alejandro Recinos of Forte Washington, Md., were charged Sunday after they were found with two teenage girls were reported missing from the Elkview area. Criminal complaints filed in Kanawha County Magistrate Court show that deputies traced the missing teens to a motel in Charleston. Both men are currently being held on $500,000 cash-only bonds.
