Bald eagle rescued after being hit by a car

West Virginia Department of Natural Resources Police rushed to the rescue of a bald eagle that was hit by a car. It happened Monday in Greenbrier County. Officers said the bald eagle has a concussion and some spinal cord brusing that prevents him from standing, but they hope that will change soon.
