A Charleston man will be sentenced in December after pleading guilty to stealing four rifles from two businesses last year. The feds says 21 year old Joshua Mitchell of Charleston and 21 year old Keara Kilpatrick of Charleston stole three 5.56 caliber rifles and a .22 caliber rifle over the course of two days, according to WOWK. Mitchell admitted to stealing and help steal the guns. Kilpatrick had pleaded guilty in July. Three of the guns were found after Kilpatrick fled from police and crashed in a hotel parking lot in November of last year. Mitchell is facing 20 years behind bars and a quarter-million-dollar fine.
