Traffic patters shifted Tuesday night along Hal Greer Boulevard in Huntington, and concerns have been raised about the shift. Work on a sewer line means that traffic is detoured at Ninth Avenue and Charleston Avenue along Hal Greer Boulevard to 20th Street. It’s a narrow path with not much extra space. Some health workers and patients at Valley Health have had trouble getting into the office building as a new median is installed. The City of Huntington said it has offered to pave secondary roadways near the office building.
