A Charleston man is sentenced for his involvement in a major drug ring

A Charleston man was sentenced this week for his role in a drug trafficking organization that was broken up through Operation Smoke and Mirrors. The U.S. Department of Justice said 64-year old Timothy Loudermilk of Charleston bought and sold meth. He was sentenced to three years and 10 months in prison, which will be followed by three years of supervised release. Operation Smoke and Mirrors has been dubbed the largest drug bust in West Virginia history with thirty people charged in the Charleston area. Another 24 people were charged in state criminal complaints.
