Deputies in Boone County arrested 41-year old Loretta Walker of Orgas this week related to an investigation into a structure fire. She’s been charged with first-degree arson in connection with a house fire that started in July. The Boone County Sheriff’s Office said deputies had a warrant for her arrest and spotted her walking along Prenter Road. Walker is being held at Southwestern Regional Jail.
