Manna Meal moved their food distribution efforts to a food truck last week after a man was arrested for lunging towards a woman with a small child at Sacred Heart School, which is down the block from Manna Meal. The food truck isn’t a long-term solution, so the agency hopes to reopen the dining room this week. St. Johns Episcopal Church may serve as a dining location. No matter what method is used, Manna Meal said the mission to feed the hungry in Charleston will continue.
