A West Virginia woman is facing charges after being arrested in southern Arizona. 23-year old Logan Casto of Cross Lanes was arrested last Friday near Miracle Valley, Arizona after deputies tried to pull over the vehicle she was driving and she fled. Deputies said speeds reached 110 mph. Miracle Valley is about 94 miles from Tucson. Casto was arrested and charged with human smuggling, unlawful flight from law enforcement and five counts of felony endangerment.
