More details have been released, including the identities of the victim and suspect, in a deadly shooting in Wayne County. 64-year old Chester Mollett of Dunlow is expected to be charged with first-degree murder and being a felon in possession of a firearm in connection with a deadly shooting. West Virginia State Police troopers said they found Jason Perry dead of an apparent gunshot wound when they arrived in the Blue Moon Hollow area. An investigation led troopers to Mollett, who they said was taken into custody without incident. Troopers said further arrests could be made as the investigation continues.
