Greg Wooten will succeed James Wilson for a term ending in November 2032, according to a news release from the Governor’s Office. Wooten has ties to Zapata Fuels, Ridgeway Fuels, Triple Elkhorn Mining, Natural Resource Partners and Dingess Rum Properties. Wooten has also served as a member of the Logan County Chamber of Commerce, the Chief Logan Recreation Foundation, the Hatfield-McCoy Trail Authority, the Hatfield-McCoy Convention and Visitors Bureau and the Logan County Board of Education.
