As the Thundering Herd prepares for a trip to the Lone Star State to compete in the Scooter’s Coffee Frisco Bowl, university officials announce that representatives from Marshall’s marching band, cheerleading squad and dance group will accompany the football team. A social media post said 50 representatives will travel to the bowl game along with players, coaches and staff. Marshall is set to take on the University of Texas at San Antonio on Dec. 19. The matchup will be broadcast on ESPN and kickoff is scheduled for 9 p.m. at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas.
