BridgeValley Community and Technical College will be getting a grant to encourage K-12 students to explore STEAM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math). The $9,500 grant was awarded by Toyota West Virginia to use toward the BridgeValley and Advanced Technology Pre-College Outreach team’s efforts. Several events, workshops and camps are planned, including Discover Engineering Day at the Clay Center, and several robotics events.
