Ripley Middle School is one of many schools across the state that will see major renovations. Gov. Jim Justice presented a check for more than $13 million that will go towards renovations at the school. The governor approved $111 million last month for renovations at 19 different schools, including Logan County Middle School, Roosevelt Elementary School in Mason County, and Frankford Elementary School in Greenbrier County. Funds were also awarded in Fayette County for construction of the new Midland Trail Elementary School.
