More than seventy new lawsuits have been filed against West Virginia State Police over the investigation into an alleged hidden camera was in the women’s locker room at the State Police Academy. Both current and former officers have filed suit, as well as others who worked at the academy at the time. Whistleblower Joseph Comer is among at least four troopers named as a defendant in those lawsuits.
