Boone Memorial Hospital has launched it new Mobile Recovery Clinic that will go to three areas of Boone County to provide counseling and treatment for those struggling with addiction. A licensed therapist and nurse will be on board to offer clinical assessments, individual and group therapy, and medications. The Mobile Recovery Clinic will also offer food and clothing, social services, case management and even career placement. The Mobile Recovery Clinic is stationed at the Wharton-Barret Community Center on Mondays, the Whitesville Fire Department on Wednesdays, and the Jeffrey Church of God on Thursdays.
