A Calhoun County bus driver faces twenty-two charges related to a bus crash earlier this month, and at least one student injured in the accident has a long, hard road to recovery. Seventh grader Kevin Wilson had his leg amputated after losing blood flow and a pulse in his leg, and with the advice of doctors, the family chose to have the leg amputated. The driver, Jeffrey Brannon, was allegedly drunk at the wheel and had a blood alcohol level twice the legal limit. He faces charges for six students who were hospitalized, and sixteen others who were injured.
