Two fugitives were arrested in Cabell County Friday following a traffic stop. Kelvin Arrington and Michael rrington, both of Bradenton, Florida, were wanted on full extradition warrants for fraud, according to a social media post from the Milton Police Department. The pair are awaiting extradition in Western Regional Jail.
