The iconic Itmann Company Store in Wyoming County has a buyer who plans to turn it into a tourism hub. The nonprofit organization called Restore This Town is buying the space and has plans to turn it into a hotel with a restaurant and coffee shop. It will be an adventure tour base for visitors at the nearby Hatfield-McCoy trail system. The purchase should be finalized this spring.
