A new restaurant opened in Charleston on Wednesday. The beloved Dairy Winkle restaurant caught on fire January 11 of last year. The owner Kerry “Paco” Ellison, making the decision late last year to sell his business of more than 10 years instead of opening back up. Eyewitness News asked Ellison about his decision to sell in December, and he said it was either sell or go further into debt. The space has now become Larobi’s Pizza, expanding from St. Albans. The restaurant opened yesterday, but a grand opening celebration is planned for Saturday at 11 a.m.
