A man is behind bars being accused of firing shots at a parked car and into the lobby of an apartment building in Mingo County. James Hash of Oceana faces several charges related to a shooting last week on Fourth Avenue in Williamson. Mingo County Sheriff’s deputies and Williamson police investigated the shooting incident at Goodman Manor through surveillance video and interviews. Hash was arrested two days later. No injuries were reported as a result of the shootings. Hash is awaiting court proceedings at Southwestern Regional Jail.
