A man accused of providing a methamphetamine to an 11-year-old boy in Nicholas County is facing multiple charges, according to a criminal complaint filed in Nicholas County Magistrate Court. The complaint said between January and May, a minor was given methamphetamine at a Birch River home on four separate occasions. Investigators said the boy recounted Flanagan instructing him how to ingest the drug using a straw while in Flanagan’s custody. Flanagan is being held at Central Regional Jail on a $125,000 surety/cash bail.
