Eyewitness News said the zoning change does not specify what would be built, but the neighboring property owners contend it is a massive E-commerce warehouse that would pump up traffic around the clock. Neighbors have brought up concerns about noise and lights changing the rural character of Frazier’s Bottom. Proponents argue there would be an economic boost for the region.
