Two face charges after smoke shop break-in

Two men are accused of breaking into a smoke shop and stealing merchandise in Fayette County. Matthew Balik and Dakota Nottingham, both of Ansted, are charged with felony burglary and conspiracy, according to a news release from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office. It happened early Thursday at the Smokers Depot in Ansted. Deputies said the men threw a rock through the front door and then entered the building, filling up a backpack with merchandise.
