A longstanding Charleston restaurant is looking to sell to new owners. Fazio’s restaurant is listed with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Central for $1.7 million. The listing said the buyer will also get recipes and equipment in addition to the building. The property is located at 1008 Bullitt Street in Charleston. Fazio’s has been around for fifty years.
