A Huntington man who admitted to possessing nearly 1,000 photos and videos of child pornography was sentenced to prison this week. 48-year old Derick Legg was sentenced to six years in prison followed by 15 years of supervised release for receipt of child pornography, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of West Virginia. He must also register as a sex offender. The offenses happend from September 2019 to January 2020.
