The bond increased this week for Donald Lantz and Jeanne Whitefeather. The two were arrested in October 2023 and indicted in May on charges of human trafficking of a minor child and several other charges. The two were arrested after two of their children were found locked in a barn in Sissonville and a third child was found in an unprotected loft in the home. At a hearing on Tuesday the judge decided to increase their initial cash bond of $200,000 each to $500,000 each. During the hearing, the two pleaded not guilty and will be back in court in September.
