A fugitive that police in Kenova had been looking for was arrested this week in Alabama. Damani Harris of Detroit was arrested Monday in coastal Alabama following a standoff situation. Kenova Police executed a search warrant at a Kenova apartment complex in April and found a large amount of cash and drugs with a street value of more than $200,000, and Harris had been on the run since then. He’ll be extradicted from Anniston, Alabama back to Wayne County next week.
