Woman faces several charges after running over husband with a truck

A woman faces several charges after striking a man with her truck in Chapmanville Saturday morning, according to West Virginia State Police. Troopers responded to a domestic situation on Jimmy Drive where they found Brandon Conley, 57, with a broken leg and bleeding profusely. The trooper applied bandages and a torniquet to control Conley’s bleeding, according to a news release. During an investigation, troopers were able to identify Billie Jean Conley, 57, had struck the victim with a Dodge Ram 1500. Brandon Conley was flown to Charleston Area Medical Center for treatment. Billie Conley faces malicious assault and domestic battery charges and is currently being held at Southwestern Regional Jail.
