West Virginia 211 is a helpline that connects people with resources for a wide variety of needs ranging from rent assistance to mental health. It operates around the clock answering the calls of those in the Mountain State. Recently, the helpline answered its 150,000th call. The helpline has been a collaborative project of the United Way since March of 2019.
