A second tractor-trailer carrying a steel beam has gotten stuck on Route 10 in Cabell County, dispatchers said.The incident was reported about 12:15 p.m. near Doss Hill Road, the same area where a tractor-trailer carrying a steel beam got stuck and lost its load Monday night, according to Cabell County dispatchers.Traffic in the area down to one lane until the truck was removed. Dispatchers said this tractor-trailer did not lose its load. It’s unclear if the two tractor-trailers that have gotten stuck in consecutive days are from the same company.
