Three Charleston parking garages were put on the auction block at the end of June, and at least one of them has a potential buyer. Court records show Infinity Hotels put in the highest bid for the Washington Street East garage, at $800,000. The company manages the adjacent Charleston Marriott Town Center. It’s not clear yet who the buyers are for the Lee Street and Quarrier parking garages.
