One person is in police custody after dispatchers said a police chase involving a motorbike ended with a crash on I-64 in Cabell County. Dispatchers said Hurricane police officers tried to stop the driver of the motorbike for excessive speed by the Hurricane Exit Monday evening. Dispatchers said the driver refused to stop and ended up crashing near the Barboursville Exit. The investigation is continuing.
