A woman was killed in an ATV crash in southern West Virginia on Sunday around 11:30 AM, troopers said. Victoria Ledford, 41, of Mount Holly, North Carolina, was pronounced dead at the scene of a crash in the Herndon area of Wyoming County, according to a news release from West Virginia State Police.Troopers said an investigation found that Ledford was not wearing a seatbelt or helmet at the time of the crash.
