State Police are asking for help to locate a missing Kanawha County man. William “Bud” Hill, 67, is missing from the Belle area, according to a news release from West Virginia State Police. The news release describes Hill as being 5-foot-10 tall and weighing 265 pounds. Anyone with information on Hill’s location may contact troopers at 304-949-3136.
