A Kanawha County man wanted for a strangulation charge was apprehended by federal officials Tuesday morning in Dayton, Ohio. 37-year old Reginald Moore Jr. of St. Albans had been evading law enforcement in West Virginia, Ohio and Michigan since mid-2023, according to a news release from the U.S. Marshal’s Service. He’s being extradicted back to West Virginia. U.S. Marshals reported receiving assistance in the investigation from the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office.
